Naila Kiani became the first Pakistani woman to climb Manaslu, which is 8,163 metres (26,781 ft) high and the eighth-highest mountain in the world. This is according to the Alpine Club of Pakistan.
Broad Peak (8,047 metres), Annapurna (8,091 metres), K2 (8,611 metres), Lhotse (8,516 metres), Gasherbrum 1 (8,068 metres), Gasherbrum II (8,035 metres), Nanga Parbat (8,125 metres), and Mount Everest (8,849 metres) are the nine summits that Kiani is the first and only Pakistani woman to have ascended.

According to the Alpine Club, Naila Kiani has successfully scaled Mount Manaslu in Nepal, which has an elevation of 8163 metres.
In Dubai, Pakistani banker Kiani has two children. When her 2018 K2 Basecamp wedding photos went viral, she became renowned.She received the Sitara-e-Imtiaz, Pakistan’s third-highest civilian honour, for climbing Mount Everest in May.

Never consider anything impossible. I only started mountaineering two years ago, Kiani said in an interview with Arab News last month.No one in my family has eight extra summits, and I was the fastest Pakistani to summit all peaks.
