The 60-year-old actor Adrian Schiller died “suddenly and unexpectedly.”

Schiller rose to fame for his roles as Aethelhelm in The Last Kingdom and Cornelius Penge in Victoria.

The star’s agent informed the public on Thursday, April 4.

The talent agency Scott Marshall Partners has represented Schiller for over thirty years. His departure from us was premature, and as the company states, “We, his family and close friends, are devastated by the loss.”

What ultimately led to his untimely demise is unknown to us.

“An extraordinarily gifted actor, he was eager to continue the global tour in San Francisco after returning from Sydney, where he had been part of the Lehman Trilogy.”

In the 1990s, Adrian Schiller, who was born in London, started to become well-known for his acting. Among his TV credits are Ghosts (1994), Prime Suspect (1992 and 1993), and RKO 281 (1999).

Throughout the 2000s, Schiller starred in a number of British comedies and dramas, including Judge John Deed, A Touch of Frost (2000), My Family (2001), and Silent Witness (2007).

In 2018, he returned to his most famous role as the wealthiest and most powerful man in Wessex, Aethelhelm, for the third season of The Last Kingdom.

Schiller is well-known for his role as Mr. Penge in Victoria from 2016 to 2019.

Adrian Schiller portrayed a prisoner named Drake Underwood in a January Father Brown episode. One of the episodes of “The Father, The Son” included a poor heist.

The White Factory, a World War II drama at Marylebone Theatre, featured actor Schiller last year.

Subsequently, Schiller’s manager declared that the artist had “enjoyed a varied and successful career across all media.”

According to the media, “our deepest condolences go to his family, who ask for privacy at this most difficult of times.”
