The producers of the Glastonbury festival reported that the standard tickets were quickly picked up and sold out in less than sixty minutes.

The second batch of tickets, which cost £360, went on sale at nine on Saturday morning for the Worthy Farm event in Somerset, which is scheduled for 2024. The tickets were all bought very quickly.

All of the tickets for Glastonbury 2024 have been snapped up, according to a statement released by the event’s promoters on X at 9:57 a.m. on Saturday. We sincerely apologise to those of you who were unable to purchase on a morning when the quantity available was significantly less than the demand. I want to thank everyone who made a contribution.

“Any tickets that are cancelled or returned will be resold in the spring of 2024.”

On November 16th, tickets for coach travel went on sale. The promoters reported that all of the tickets had been bought 25 minutes after they opened at six o’clock in the evening.

The event planners announced on X that “all of the tickets for Glastonbury 2024 with coach travel that were on sale this evening have been sold.” We express our gratitude to each and every one of you who bought something.

The festival’s administrators have decided to postpone the start of ticket sales by two weeks due to registration concerns.

It was planned that the coach package tickets for the 2024 festival would go on sale on November 2 at 6 p.m., while the general admission tickets would go on sale early on November 5.

To reduce the number of people who were selling tickets for the famous event, attendees had to pre-register in order to obtain tickets.

A number of fans had expressed their displeasure, claiming that the organisers had delayed the sale “out of fairness” to them and that they had not been notified that their registrations had expired. The organisers said that this was done “out of fairness” to them.

One of the co-organisers of Glastonbury, Emily Eavis, stated earlier this month that there was no truth to the rumours circulating that Madonna, Dua Lipa, and Coldplay would be the festival’s 2019 headliners. There were rumours that Madonna, Dua Lipa, and Coldplay would be playing at the festival.

The claims started when Emily Eavis, the daughter of Glastonbury’s founder, Michael Eavis, said during the Sunday teatime slot that a female performer would be given the “legend” title. She made this revelation on the Sidetracked podcast, which Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw presented. She claimed to have received a message from the manager of a “really big” US female musician—possibly Madonna—expressing the musician’s interest in collaborating with her and her availability.

Last year, Sir Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, and Guns N’ Roses were the headliners of the all-male programme.

The 26th through the 30th of June of the following year are the dates set aside for the event.
