Maxwell ended the game in the 47th over, as Australia needed 21 runs from 4 overs. Maxwell smashed two huge sixes on the second and third deliveries. Following this, he sends the fourth ball for four and again for six. This helped Australia win, as Maxwell scored a double century.
Afghanistan’s Naveen-ul-Haq, Azmatullah Omarzai, and Rashid Khan each took two wickets.

The first Afghanistan hitter to score a World Cup hundred, Ibrahim Zadran, led his team to 291 for five against Australia. Zadran scored 129 out of 143 balls.
The 21-year-old opener scored his sixth ODI century in 27 games off 131 balls, including seven fours.
