Monday marked the separation of billionaire Raymond Group Chairman Gautam Singhania and his 32-year-old wife, Nawaz Modi Singhania. This happened hours after Nawaz said she was barred from attending her spouse’s Diwali party on Sunday, November 12.
The film shows Nawaz Singhania outside the Thane party with a woman who claims security stopped her despite an invitation.

The Diwali celebration took place at Gautam Singhania’s home in Thane, JK Gramme.
In the video, Nawaz says she had to wait in her car outside the venue for over three hours.
Gautam Singhania stated via X on Monday that he no longer dates Nawaz.
“This Diwali will be unlike any that has come before it.” Moving forward, it is my conviction that Nawaz and I will embark on separate trajectories. “After 32 years of being a married couple, growing as parents, and always being a source of strength for one another, we persevered with faith, determination, and devotion until the arrival of the two most exquisite additions to our lives,” he explained.
However, Gautam Singhania did not provide any information regarding the divorce or who would have custody of their two children.
“As I reflect over the unfortunate developments in the recent past, there has been a lot of unsubstantiated rumor mongering and gossip surrounding our lives fanned by ‘not so well wishers’,” according to him. “I am parting ways with her while we continue to do what is best for our two precious diamonds, Niharika and Nisa.” He desired discretion and respect for his own choices and actions.
“We kindly ask that you respect this personal decision and give us the space we need to work through the various aspects of our relationship,” he said. “Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.”
In the year 1999, Gautam Singhania married Nawaz Modi, who was the daughter of Nadar Modi, a solicitor.
