Live a Chandrayana The three Indian spacecraft have recently drawn closer to the moon in anticipation of Wednesday, August 23, when they will make a soft landing there. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) reports that the Chandrayaan-3 project’s Lander Module (LM) was successfully lowered into orbit on Sunday. On Thursday, 35 days after the mission’s initial launch, the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft was able to successfully detach its lander module from its propulsion module. Chandrayaan-3 was launched on July 14.
The goal of Chandrayaan-3 is to demonstrate a risk-free, soft moon landing as well as lunar rover exploration and scientific investigation on the moon’s surface.
