CSK angered fans by pre-selling IPL 2024 tickets for their match with RCB

There are still tickets available for the Indian Premier League 2024 season opener between the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The Chennai Super Kings have five titles. The victorious squad hopes to outperform Bangalore in the Southern Derby. The Chepauk Stadium in Chennai will host an intriguing match between Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni.

Even with a substantial national fan base, RCB would struggle to overcome the Chepauk home crowd.

Chennai Super Kings began offering tickets for sale on social media, sending customers to their website to complete the purchase.

However, a significant number of people were unable to obtain their tickets due to lengthy lineups.

Preseason training with CSK in Chepauk began on March 2 for Ruturaj Gaikwad, Prashant Solanki, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, and Mukesh Choudhary.

Mitchell Santer, Ravindra Jadeja, and MS Dhoni all visited Chennai a few days ago.

Devon Conway of New Zealand, who underwent thumb surgery before the season, will miss at least the first half of the league, which dealt a blow to CSK. The third Twenty20 International between Australia and New Zealand struck Conway on the finger.

Even though Royal Challengers Bangalore signed a few overseas players, their star player, Virat Kohli, is yet to play.

Following the birth of his second child in London on Sunday, the batting prodigy made his way back to India.

In January, Afghanistan emerged victorious in the Twenty20 International Series against Kohli’s India. He will likely appear at the RCB’s annual “Unbox” promotional event in Bengaluru on March 19.
