One significant outcome of SIFC’s assistance was the conclusion of a matter involving hundreds of megahertz spectrums that had been stuck in the courts since 2014.
After the case was submitted before the SIFC forum, the Sindh High Court decided to move quickly through the legal system and make a ruling on December 14. The $1 billion spectrum is a major win for the interim administration and creates opportunities for improved connectivity and communication.
Additionally, Dr. Saif congratulated SIFC for being instrumental in developing and winning approval of the nation’s first space policy. This policy makes revolutionary developments possible, such as the public’s soon-to-be-available access to satellite internet and a significant upgrade of the current network infrastructure.
The creation of the Right of Way Policy for Spectrum Auction and Laying of Optical Fibre Cable, which made it easier to incorporate contemporary technology into the nation’s telecom infrastructure, is one of the significant accomplishments credited to SIFC.
