The Indian cricket board is rumored to have given 14,000 tickets to eager supporters ahead of the much-awaited Pakistan-India ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup match. These bitter rivals will play each other on the group stage in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium on October 14. Most likely, the Pakistani team’s trip from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad will take place following their Tuesday cricket encounter.
Many fans were dissatisfied by the limited number of ICC ODI World Cup 2023 tickets available on August 25.

The International Cricket Council (ICC), BCCI, and Indian cricket authority have increased ticket availability due to high demand. The BCCI announced on X that 14,000 tickets will be available for the October 14, 2023, India vs. Pakistan league match.
An NIA-reported terrorist threat to Modi Stadium raised concerns before the match. Emailing terrorists demanded Rs. 5 billion in Indian cash to liberate mobster Ravi Bishnoi.
After discovering the email came from Europe, Mumbai police seemed to take the threat seriously. The issue requires a review and improvement of World Cup security standards.
The first World Cup match between England and New Zealand was played at Narendra Modi Stadium on October 5. The Babar Azam-led team started the season well by beating the Netherlands by an inning on Friday. They aspire to finish in the top four to advance to the semifinals.
