Insiders expect Isaiah Thomas to sign with the Suns this week

Isaiah Thomas, the Phoenix Suns, and Milwaukee are apparently getting closer to a 10-day contract. Thomas joined the G League in order to gain experience. Sources told The Arizona Republic that this is accurate.

Isaiah Thomas averaged 32.5 points per night when playing for the Salt Lake City Stars at the age of 35. To conclude their four-game road trip, the Suns meet the Milwaukee Bucks (43-24) in the afternoon on Sunday. With this, the Sun’s current voyage comes to an end.

The Suns expect to ink a contract with the seasoned point guard later this week. Organisational sources provided this information.

Isaiah Thomas averaged 15.2 points and 3.7 assists per game in his one-and-only season with the Suns. Following his departure from the Suns, Thomas inked a three-team deal with Boston. He was chosen twice for the NBA All-NBA team and twice for the All-Star squad while he was a player for the Celtics. Later, he was selected by two All-Star teams.

In the evening, between the hours of five and nine, The guy, who has played in the NBA for 11 years, averaged 17.7 points per game. He played in three NBA seasons (2021–2022) with the Lakers, Mavericks, and Hornets.

The Suns haven’t had a trustworthy point guard this season. Saben Lee, a two-way player, comes the closest to meeting this definition. Even though Thomas is a scoring point guard, the Suns rank 24th in the NBA in terms of turnovers per game, so he can help with ball handling. However, Thomas is typically a capable point guard.

The Suns are looking to add a player, and they currently have one spot available. They usually have fifteen.
