South African captain Temba Bavuma said,
“We stopped them from reaching 200 from 112/6. We dropped the ball, letting them score over 240. Despite our confidence, the double spin in the powerplay exploited the game’s vulnerabilities and prevented us from forming partnerships. We control the extras, so allowing 30 will hurt us. The actual test will be our clinical performance against Australia.

It was a worthwhile talk that helped. The fielding is disappointed again; such discussions are needed. Men must answer standard questions. We must let the feeling in, even though it will hurt, but we must keep going. Despite your emotions, stay positive and stick with the campaign. The display was appropriate to gain a competitive score and pressure us.” Good luck to the well-prepared team for the rest of the campaign.”
The Netherlands’ captain, Scott Edwards, beams in CWC 2023!

“We believe we are playing excellent cricket against several strong teams. I’m happy with my first win. We perform extensive team research and create matchups that work and don’t. Our first two games were respectable, but we fell short in the middle, so a competitive total was good. I’m sure many people are staying up late to watch and are grateful for the support.”
