Pakistan kicked off their World Cup campaign on a victorious note, prevailing over the Netherlands by 81 runs here on Friday. The match was part of the 2023 World Cup. Mohammad Rizwan, who played wicketkeeper and scored 68 runs off 75 balls, and Saud Shakeel, who played number three and scored 68 off 52 balls, led Pakistan’s innings until they were bowled out for 286 after 49 overs. Bowled out, the Netherlands scored 205 runs in 41 overs.
