Pakistan won the 5th Asian Taekwondo Championship Poomsae class with 22 bronzes, 11 golds, and 14 golds.
The 5th Asian Taekwondo Open Championship poomsae champion was Pakistan, with 22 bronze, 11 gold, and 14 silver medals.
Nepal earned bronze, Saudi Arabia silver, gold, and one gold to finish second. WTH (refugee) placed fourth with one silver medal, and Iran placed fifth with one bronze.

The Pakistani athletes maintained their outstanding performance on the second day of the championship.
Ameer Hamza of Pakistan took first place in the men’s over-18 individual freestyle competition with 6.73 points.
Regarding the over-18 female individual freestyle, Zymal Naqvi of Pakistan achieved a score of 4.56.
Pakistan’s Ameer Hamza and Naila won the freestyle pair over 18 categories with a gold medal of 6.76.
Maryam, Usman, Waheed, Abbas, and Naqvi of Pakistan won the mixed team event with a total of 6.26 points.
Ali Adnan of Saudi Arabia placed first in the men’s under-50 freestyle with a score of 7.16.
Sana Sabir of Pakistan won the women’s under-50 freestyle solo gold medal with 6.23.
The championship commenced earlier at the Liaquat Gymnasium Hall of the Pakistan Sports Board with a colorful ceremony. In the past, participants represented 27 teams and an equal number of countries.
Prof. Kyu Seok Lee, president of the Asian Taekwondo Union, declared the championship to commence. Coaches from Iran, Pakistan, Britain, and Nepal swore in athletes. Pakistan Taekwondo Federation athletes excelled in public.
ATU president and Federal Secretary for Interprovincial Affairs Professor Kyu Seok Lee were honored. Park Ki-Jun, Omar Saeed, Hanif Orakzai, Kook Hyun Jung, and retired PTF President Colonel Waseem Janjua won prizes.
