Day three box office numbers for Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran‘s commercial action film Salaar Part 1. Sunday’s Ceasefire box office sales rose. Salaar earned Rs 90.70 crore on its first day and Rs 56.35 crore on its first Saturday. On Sunday, the film is projected to gross over Rs 61 crore more, according to preliminary projections. With this, the Prabhas-starring picture is expected to make Rs 208.05 crore at the box office.
Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire revealed on Sunday that every play had high theatre occupancy. The movie’s Sunday occupancy was 65.01 percent Kannada and 73.64 percent Telugu. On the same day, 48.27% of Hindi movie theatres were full. The cinema trade website Sacnilk reported 38.37 percent and 31.88 percent occupancy figures for the Malayalam and Tamil versions of the movie on Sunday.

Over 18.84 lakh Salaar tickets were sold for 12,681 multiplex events nationwide. The Prabhas-starring sold Rs 7.11 crore with 1.89 lakh PVR tickets and Rs 5.12 crore from 1.45 lakh Inox tickets. Salaar sold 77,969 Cinepolis tickets for Rs 2.82 crore, according to trade analyst and cinema critic Manobala Vijayabalan.
The movie’s fourth-day advance sales were huge. Nearly 6.15 lakh tickets worth Rs 13.64 crore were sold at 15,745 Indian events on Christmas Day. The Telugu and Hindi 2D screenings sold 4.13 lakh and 1.24 lakh tickets, respectively. Tamil (48,978), Kannada (12,320), and Malayalam (14,805) were the next most popular 2D shows.
The Prashanth Neel-directed film follows two buddies who become bitter adversaries for various reasons. Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, and Easwari Rao starred in this Hombale Films production. The film opened worldwide on December 22, one day after Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki.
