The exquisite outfit drew inspiration from the Nicaraguan flag, which features the nation’s crest of arms in the middle of stripes of blue and white. The goal of the clothing’s design was to resemble the flag. Miss Thailand, Anntonia Porsild, the first runner-up, and Miss Australia, Moraya Wilson, the second runner-up, were defeated by Palacios.
“Nicaragua, your music is pulsating through my veins; I can feel your heartbeat.” Earlier on Saturday, Palacios posted a photo to Instagram with the remark, “I’m ready to carry that crown to you.” I have a volcano’s inner ferocity.”
Palacios made her stage debut at the National Costume Festival on Thursday while donning a purple and black outfit that was based on the Nicaraguan El Zanate grackle bird species. This was her second tribute to her birth country. Jorge Salazar Caliz created the amazing costume, which featured enormous wings and matching headwear.
