According to the police report, the representative son of Lauren Boebert, who is eighteen, was the victim of a “recent string of vehicle trespass and property thefts,” which led to his arrest on Tuesday.
Tyler Jay Boebert was charged with two felonies for conspiracy and criminal possession of identification, in addition to fifteen misdemeanours and minor misdemeanours, according to the Rifle Police Department on Facebook.
It stated, “At this time, no additional information will be released; this is an ongoing investigation.” “Until proven guilty, everyone suspected is presumed innocent.”
The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Boebert early on Wednesday morning; there were no criteria or stipulations, like posting a bond, governing his release.
NBC News reached out to Boebert for comment, but he didn’t reply.
