As part of long-term counterterrorism activities, the Army’s proactive operations in many tribal districts, including Peshawar, have resulted in the building of multiple hospitals.
These include the well-known Ali Zai Karam Hospital, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Mir Ali, and Razmak Hospital Zakakhel Khyber Bazaar, which are in charge of the area’s basic healthcare requirements.
