On poet’s 146th birthday , Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal was recognised by President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar.
They argued that because Dr. Allama Iqbaldreamed and realised a nation for them, he was the Muslim subcontinent’s greatest benefactor.
In his remarks, President Dr. Arif Alvi described Allama as a brilliant scholar whose works and poetry brought Muslims together.
Pakistan, he added, needs to adhere to the Islam of Allama Iqbal and the “Khudi” philosophy, which upholds human dignity and self-respect.
Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar said during his Iqbal Day speech that Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s revelation of the fundamental rights of Muslims in the subcontinent fostered unity.
The prime minister thinks that humanity has a special route to prosperity both here on Earth and in the hereafter through Iqbal’s Khudi philosophy.

In keeping with the optimistic and forward-thinking vision of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the prime minister encouraged youth to contribute to the nation’s advancement.
Allama’s thought is a beacon for humanity, according to Murtaza Solangi, the interim minister for communication and television.
ISpeaking at Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s 146th birthday celebration, he said that the national poet’s passionate “Khudi” encouraged the future generation to build their own universe instead of depending on others. He brought this up in relation to the poetry.
In order to better serve Muslims, he claimed, Iqbal wanted to make them aware of the truth about who they were.
He suggested that by embracing Doctor’s global principles, the complex problems of today may be overcome.
The younger generation in Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah would gain from upholding Iqbal’s teachings, says the Minister of Information of Pakistan.
