The authorities in the province of Punjab made a decision on Tuesday to prohibit the killing of female animals that are helpful to the environment.
According to a news outlet that is sponsored by the state, the decision was reached on Tuesday in the capital of the province during a meeting that was presided over by Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
During his speech, the Chief Minister of Punjab made the announcement that the provincial government will construct disease-free zones for animals in the province. Additionally, he noted that Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are also markets that have a significant amount of potential for the exportation of cattle.

The Chief Minister stressed the importance of having a plan that is both expeditious and practical in order to increase the amount of livestock that is exported.
In addition to the commissioners of Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur, the provincial minister for livestock, the additional chief secretary, the secretary of livestock, the secretary of finance, the head of the All Pakistan Meat Exporters’ Association, and the secretary of finance were all members of the committee that he established. It was the responsibility of the committee to devise a strategy for increasing the output of the livestock industry.
