Airlines chairman Ahmet Bolat revealed in May that the airline would be making an order for 600 brand-new aircraft in June. The chairman added that the aircraft is expected to be delivered to the carrier during the next ten years.
He stated in June that some parts of the order would be optional and that the government’s decision, which was anticipated to come within the next two months, would determine the directive’s ultimate form.
